Monthly renewal

The Business plan renews monthly until canceled from Plan & billing.

Usage limit

The plan includes 200 connected-call minutes. New calls pause at the limit and an active call may end when remaining capacity is exhausted.

Cancellation

Cancel future renewals from Plan & billing. Existing paid coverage remains through the current period unless service is suspended after a dispute, refund, or policy violation.

Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. After 14 days, cancel anytime to stop future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid.
