Terms
The rules, in plain language. No surprises.
Effective date: January 1, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Reevia AI phone receptionist (the "Service") provided by Go Penguin Solutions LLC. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Reevia answers inbound calls using a custom greeting and the business knowledge you provide, and can record appointments and caller history in your workspace. It relies on third-party telecom routing and payment processing providers identified in the Privacy Policy. Reevia is not an emergency service; keep a human contact route available for emergencies.
2. Plans and Billing
The Service is a paid monthly subscription. The current published price is $29.00 USD per month, which includes the plan's stated included connected-call minutes. It renews monthly until canceled. There is no free trial; activation follows verified payment and completed setup.
3. Usage Limits
Each monthly period includes a fixed number of connected-call minutes. There is no automatic overage billing: new calls are blocked once the limit is reached and an active call may end at it. Keep an alternative way for customers to reach you.
4. Refunds and Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; period-end cancellation preserves paid coverage through the end of the current period. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. After 14 days, cancelling stops future renewals; there are no refunds for the current or any prior billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
Use the Service for lawful business purposes only. You are responsible for the accuracy of your business knowledge and greeting, and for complying with applicable call-recording, consent, and telecommunications laws.
6. Availability and Third Parties
The Service depends on third-party infrastructure that can fail or change. We make no uptime or call-quality guarantee and are not liable for missed calls, AI misinterpretation, or provider outages.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Disputes are resolved in the state and federal courts located in Georgia.
9. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here. Questions: [email protected].
